1. What this is
Fremad is a career-coaching application operated from Denmark. These terms are the agreement between you and us for using it. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the service.
Fremad is currently free. If that changes, existing users will be told before anything they already rely on stops being free.
2. Your account
You need a working email address, and you must be at least 16 years old. There is no password — anyone with access to your inbox can sign in as you, so keep your inbox secure. One account per person; don’t share it.
3. Your content
Everything you write or upload remains yours. You grant us only the licence we need to run the service for you: to store it, process it, show it back to you, send the relevant parts to the AI provider to generate a reply, and publish the specific items you choose to publish. We acquire no ownership and no right to use your content to promote Fremad without asking you first.
Don’t upload things you have no right to share — a confidential document from your employer does not become shareable because it is about your work.
4. AI output, and what it isn’t
The coach is a language model. It can be confidently wrong, it can misread your situation, and its suggestions are suggestions. Nothing it says is professional advice — not legal, not financial, not medical, not a guarantee about any job, employer, salary or outcome. Decisions about your career remain yours, and you are responsible for them.
Role requirements shown as data-backed come from ESCO, the European Commission’s occupations classification. ESCO is a public reference and we present it as we received it. Fremad is not affiliated with or endorsed by the European Commission. Timelines and route projections are modelled, are labelled as modelled, and are not predictions.
5. Endorsements
When you request an endorsement we email a real person on your behalf. Only ask people who would reasonably expect to hear from you about it. Repeatedly emailing someone who has declined, or entering addresses of people you do not know, is a misuse of the service and we will suspend accounts that do it.
An Endorsed badge means the person at that email address confirmed the win. It does not mean we checked their identity, and you must not present it as if we had. Anyone may withdraw an endorsement they gave by writing to hello@fremad.ai.
6. Acceptable use
- Don’t impersonate anyone, or claim achievements that aren’t yours.
- Don’t use the service to harass anyone, including through endorsement requests.
- Don’t attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
- Don’t use it to generate content that is unlawful, or that you intend to pass off as verified when it isn’t.
We may suspend or close an account that does these things. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.
7. Availability and changes
This is an early product. There is no uptime guarantee, features may change or be removed, and there may be bugs. We will not delete your data without notice, and you can export it at any time from Settings.
You can close your account whenever you like, from Settings. We may close the service itself with reasonable notice — in which case you will have time to export.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law permits. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make on the basis of anything the coach said. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes fall to the Danish courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU or EEA, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
